If your plans change, or we change your flight, here’s exactly how refunds work — what’s refundable, how long it takes, and how to start the request with the details we need.
How to request a refund
- 1
Have your booking ready
Find your booking reference (PNR), your ticket number and the names on the booking.
- 2
Fill in the form below
Complete the refund form on this page and attach a photo of the passenger’s ID. We email it to our refunds team and send you a copy with your reference number.
- 3
We assess and process
We confirm what’s refundable under your fare and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
Refund form
Fill this in once and we’ll take it from there — no downloads, no printing. You’ll get a reference number straight away, and a copy of your completed form by email. Stuck on any part of it? Call +234 704 700 0673 or message WhatsApp +234 704 700 0632 and our team will complete it with you.
What’s refundable
| Situation | Refund | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| We cancel or significantly delay your flight | Full refund or free rebooking | Your choice, under our conditions of carriage |
| You cancel a flexible fare | Refundable, per fare rules | Check your fare conditions at booking |
| You cancel a saver / promo fare | Usually non-refundable | Taxes and charges may still be refundable |
| No-show | Non-refundable | Contact us as early as possible if plans change |
Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider once we’ve approved and released the refund.
Refunds go to the original payment method
For your security, approved refunds are returned to the card or account used to pay. We can’t redirect a refund elsewhere.
