How early should I get to the airport?
Arrive at least 2 hours before a domestic departure. Airport check-in opens 2 hours before and closes 40 minutes before departure.
Can I check in online?
Yes — online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. You can check in and carry your boarding pass on your phone.
How much baggage is included?
Economy includes 20kg of checked baggage; Premium Economy includes 30kg. Every passenger may carry one piece of hand baggage.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Use Manage booking with your reference (PNR) and surname. Changes may attract a fare difference or fee; refunds follow our published procedure.
