Health & safety on board
How we keep the cabin clean and comfortable, and simple steps that help you travel well.
Last updated July 2026
Your health and comfort matter from the moment you board. We keep our aircraft clean and well-ventilated, and share simple guidance so everyone travels well — especially during cold and flu seasons.
What we do
Clean cabins
Aircraft are cleaned between flights, with high-touch surfaces given particular attention.
Fresh air
Cabin air is exchanged frequently and filtered, keeping the air you breathe fresh throughout the flight.
Care when you need it
Tell our crew if you feel unwell — we’re trained to help and carry first-aid equipment on board.
Travelling well — a few simple steps
- If you feel unwell before travel, contact us about your options rather than flying sick
- Wash or sanitise your hands, especially before eating
- Stay hydrated and move a little on longer sectors
- Bring any personal medication in your hand baggage
Travelling with a medical condition?
If you need medical equipment or assistance on board, let us know at least 48 hours ahead so we can prepare at both airports.
